Hi, This is quite simple.
Open your hosting control panel, create a database user and a database, give all  privileges for the database user to this database.

Open conn.php and enter correctly the database details (eg if you are using cpanel - the database user name or db name is lik usernaem_dbname )

enter the licensekey in the files $licensekey.

Then open the sql file in the SQL folder(database folder) and copy paste the contents of it.
then open phpmyadmin from your hosting panel and select the new database you created and click on the "sql" tab / button and paste the content you copied and click Go. The table will be installed in the database.

Thats it - open your site now , login to admin using admin and admin as user and pass and change site settings, logo etc.

To change site colors, etc you can edit styles.css files, to edit layout edit templates php files and replace your desired images if you would like to change the images.
