Create MySQL database from hosting control panel. Run file in sql folder into the created database via phpmyadmin of hosting cpanel.

Thats it. run your website Admin panel at - www.yourwebsite.com/admin - login with admin and admin.

Banner manager may require register_globals to be on depending on your hosting. Ask your hosting for one-line command needed to turn it on in the admin folder , then place the htaccess file inside admin folder. Note this is needed only if banner manager doesnot work.
