Upload the contents of "to upload" folder to your desired hosting domain root or folder.

Create MySQL database from hosting control panel.

Run file in sql folder into the created database via phpmyadmin of hosting cpanel.

Edit conn.php to match your database information exactly. Also enter the License key

You may also require to set folder permissions to 777 (CHMOD by FTP) like the ads folder, admin/logos, jobseekers/resumes, jobseekers/cred, jobseekers/logos, employers/logos.

Thats it. run your website

Admin panel at - www.yourwebsite.com/admin - login with admin and admin.

Banner manager may require register_globals to be on depending on your hosting.
Ask your hosting for one-line command needed to turn it on in the admin folder , then place the htaccess file inside admin folder.

Usually it is : php_flag Register_globals On

Note this is needed only if banner manager doesnot upload banners.
