Case I: Zero Sales: In case, Franchise fails to deliver anything in a period of one year, that is when there are no sales from the franchise then 50% of the total amount shall be paid back to the payee after the completion of one year

Case II: Sales more than 1 and lesser than 10: In this case, 75% of the paid amount shall be paid back to the Franchise upon completion of one year from the date of payment

Case III: Sales more than 10: When franchise’s sales exceed 10 units in the whole year, then the paid amount will be fully refund and Zeeways shall reward the Franchise from company’s annual profits.

Franchisers will get Free of cost a fully dynamic Website, which is more like a shopping cart.

Franchisers can not only upload Zeeways products, but also other products which they intend to sell through this dynamic website

Apart from products, Franchisers can add their own details like about us, Contact us, latest News/Announcements etc and create unlimited static pages in the website through Admin panel.

Franchise will able to set their own pricing for the products they to take franchise from Zeeways

Zeeways will be giving free of cost demo scripts and shall be installing the product demo script at their desired hosting server.

Franchisers can change the name, powered and demos logos to their desired company names.

After Sales Service

Zeeways will take full responsibility of any kind of after sales service and warranty (subject to Zeeways Terms and conditions mentioned in the website).

Franchisers shall not be responsible for any kind of bugs or errors found in the products/scripts sold to their clients.

Franchisers shall notify their clients about the original creator of the products/scripts before or after sales is under taken. This is to clarify if any after sales services required thereafter.
